REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR THE PROCUREMENT SUPPLY OF SCHOOL BAGS, SCHOOL UNIFORMS AND NOTE BOOKS IN LAGOS STATE

Background
Save the Slum Initiative (STSI) is a non-profit organization established in 2016 to improve the welfare and living conditions of vulnerable people in Nigeria, particularly children, women, youth, and communities affected by conflict or living in urban slums. Since inception, it has reached over one million people across more than thirteen states, including Lagos, Abuja, Ogun, Kogi, and Borno.
STSI works through a community-driven and holistic approach, focusing on key areas such as Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), health and reproductive health, education and empowerment, livelihood and nutrition, child protection and gender-based violence prevention, peacebuilding, and environmental sustainability. Its interventions provide clean water and sanitation facilities, promote hygiene, deliver psychosocial and reproductive health support, and protect vulnerable groups, especially women and children.

With a dedicated team and strong partnerships, Save the Slum Initiative continues to champion dignity, safety, and long-term transformation for Nigeria’s most underserved populations.

Project overview
Save the Slum Initiative (STSI) invites reputable and qualified suppliers to submit sealed quotations for the supply and delivery of the following items in accordance with the specifications outlined in this document.

    Submission Requirements
    Bidders must provide and fill the following attach files

    • STSI Pricing-Form (Note; You can (Print, fill and scan the supplier pricing form back)
    • STSI-Supplier-Registration-Form
    • Company profile and evidence of experience in similar events.
    • Application letter which must indicate the scope of work of services to be provided and the service code.
    • Certificate of incorporation and article of association.
    • Tax clearance certificate.
    • VAT registration certificate
    • Delivery timeline and payment terms.
    • Warranty or guarantee details for school bags and uniforms (if applicable).
    • Samples of quoted items may be requested during the evaluation process.

    Submission of Quotations

    • Quotations should be submitted in an email subject “Quotation for School Supplies
    • Addressed to: procurement@savetheslum.org.ng
    • Closing date for submission: 8th of October 2025
    • Late submissions will not be considered.
