3) Drilling and installation of seven (7) hand pump boreholes in some wards
4) Fencing and fixing of gate of Magistrate Court , Kaiama
5) Reconstruction of Kaiama Area Court
6) Renovation and furnishing of Civil Defense office Kaiama
7) Fencing and fixing of Civil Defense office Bani
8) Repair of 5 number transformers
9) Fencing of Kaiama Central Mosque
The eligible/interested contractors should submit his or her bid to Tender Secretary within two weeks (i.e from 31st October-14 November 2025) or visit Kaiama Local Government Council for further enquiries.
- The 53 modern corner shops in Central Kaiama have been awarded to NIC Technology and Development Company Limited, Abuja.
- ICT centre has been awarded to NIC Technology and Development Company Limited, Abuja.
