EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS & SERVICES
MediPool Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) is a healthcare reform initiative designed to aggregate pharmaceutical demand across Nigeria’s public and private health institutions. By pooling orders at scale, MediPool aims to achieve significant cost savings, enhance the availability of essential medicines, and promote consistent quality across the supply chain. This model not only reduces medicine costs for healthcare providers and patients but also strengthens procurement transparency, supplier accountability, and overall health system resilience.
To achieve the set objectives, Medipool wishes to implement its projects through procurement of various Goods and Services. Accordingly, and in compliance with international best practices, Medipool hereby invites interested and qualified Contractors/Service Providers to express interest in the procurement of the various categories of Goods and Services;

LOT 2 Supply and Installation of Office Furniture and fittings To supply Office chairs, tables and other office furniture and fittings. LOT 3 Supply of Office Stationery Items To supply stationeries and office consumables requirements for grant activities LOT 4 Supply of printer inks, toners To supply printer inks, toners, and cartridges LOT 5 Production of Printed Security and Non – Security Materials Forms, books, guidelines, brochure, leaflets, booklets, Engraving, Asset Tagging etc LOT 6 Servicing of Motor Vehicles To carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of project vehicles LOT 7 Provision of Catering Services Provide tea break (varieties), Lunch (varieties) & eating utensils for grant activities at designated venues across the country LOT 8 Air condition Repair and Maintenance To carry out minor and major repairs and maintenance of air conditioning system LOT 9 Repair of Generators To carry out minor and major repairs and routine maintenance of Generators LOT 10 Servicing of IT Equipment To carry out minor and major repairs on printers, scanners, copiers, or any other IT-related equipment (inclusive of Computers, Printers, Scanners, and Photocopiers, etc) as requested. Prospective bidders are expected to download the prequalification documents via the Medipool website www.medipool.ng for the instructions to bid from 4th November, 2025. Please note that the bid submissions will run until 26th November 2025.
