ALONG GASHUA ROAD, DAMATURU, YOBE STATE
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

The Ministry of Works, in line with Yobe State Public Procurement Act (2016), hereby wishes to invite eligible interested bidders/contractors to submit their tender for :

  • Lot I: Construction of 35KM Earth Road from Babbangida – Koriyel Phase I in Tarmuwa LGA
  • Lot II: Construction of 7KM Road along Damagum – Gubana (Asphalt) in Fune LGA

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
  • Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2022, 2023 & 2024)
  • Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2022, 2023 & 2024);
  • Company’s profile;
  • Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
  • Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

3. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works along Gashua, Damaturu.

4. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works along Gashua, Damaturu, Yobe State, clearly marked Tender document and delivered not later than 12:00 noon on the 7th November, 2025.

5. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N100, 000.00).

7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the Conference Hall of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works along Gashua, Damaturu by 12:00 noon on the 7th November, 2025.

This is a simple invitation for you to express your interest in the indicated work.
