INVITATION TO TENDER FOR DECOMMISSIONED TELECOMMUNICATION BATTERIES
A multinational telecommunications company herein referred to as “the Company” is inviting submission of bids for the disposal of decommissioned batteries. Interested bidders should submit their competitive bid offer, name and contact details in a sealed envelope to the following address. Online or soft copy submission via emails will not be accepted. Bid for each location should be made separately and name of the locations indicated on the sealed envelope. All bids should be dropped in the tender box at the company reception in Lagos. Bid will not be accepted at the regions.
THE COMPANY WAREHOUSE,
Plot 3, Ikosi Road, Ikosi, Oregun. Lagos.
1. Interested bidders are to visit the company warehouse address indicated above and inspect the items before submitting their offer. Items will be available for inspection from 10th November 2025.
2. The items shall be sold “as is” and the company will not be responsible for any costs incurred during the bidding process and any defect after payment.
3. Successful bidders shall be contacted to pay the required bid amount (based on the bidder’s offer) within three (3) days after the award date. Partial payments are not accepted, and proceeds shall be non-refundable.
4. The successful bidders are supposed to remove all items from the company warehouse within seven (7) days. Transportation and other logistics costs shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
