INVITATION TO TENDER FOR FEASIBILITY STUDY OF RENTING APARTMENTS
LOCATED ON PLOT 691, CAD ZONE B13, ABUJA
Qatar Charity Organization has allocated Funds for Conducting a feasibility study on the viability of renting apartment buildings located at plot 691, CAD zone B13, Abuja. Accordingly, Qatar Charity wishes to invite reputable Companies
with relevant proven competence and experiences to submit their technical and financial bids for the project
Scope of Work
The feasibility study should include:
- Market analysis
- Property Identification
- Financial analysis
- Possible interested entities (with their contact details)
- Recommendations
Submission
- Interested bidders are required to submit one hard copy (Marked Technical & Financial in separate envelopes) marked at the top right corner of each envelope stating the title of the project: “FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR RENTING APARTMENTS AT GADUWA DISTRICT, ABUJA” and on the reverse side, the name of the company should be boldly written and be left in the appropriate Tender Box at Qatar Charity office addressed to:
