EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF GIFT SHOP AT AMCE ABUJA (AMCE-2025-12)
The African Medical Centre of Excellence (AMCE) Abuja is a world-class healthcare institution dedicated to providing specialized medical services, advanced research, and medical training in Africa. Our mission is to deliver high- quality, patient-centered care while fostering innovation and improving healthcare access across the continent.
AMCE Gift Shop Management
The AMCE is seeking a capable vendor to manage its Gift Shop located within its Abuja hospital premises. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing and maintaining product inventory, pricing, monthly sales reporting, re-stocking, storage, tracking, and point-of-sale operations. Services could eventually include product development and branded merchandise of AMCE-branded items across multiple platforms.
AMCE invites reputable and qualified vendors to express their interest in the provision of this Service by providing the following:
- Letter of Expression of Interest
- Comprehensive Company Profile
- Proven track record of reliable service provision in similar field
- Company Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
- Company’s Regulatory Operating License/Permit in the Retail sector
- Memorandum & Article of Association/Company Statutes/Company Regulations/Partnership Deeds (as may be applicable)
- Profiles of Individual Shareholders Owning More than 5% Shareholding
- Proposal(s) for branding/theme of the gift shop
The AMCE shall make available to the Service Provider space, electricity, and air-conditioning, whereas the service provider shall provide all fittings, stock items, skilled resources required for the management of the Gift Shop and any other requirement not provided by AMCE. Both parties shall agree to a revenue sharing formula.
The Gift Shop space is available for inspection by interested parties.
EOI Response Review
Successful respondents to this EOI shall be progressed to the next stage of this exercise and be provided with the full RFP (Request For Proposal) package to enable them to submit more detailed and comprehensive information for further review and evaluation.
