EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE PROVISION OF COFFEE SHOP SERVICES AT AMCE ABUJA (AMCE-2025-10)

AMCE Coffee Shop Services
The AMCE is seeking a vendor to provide Coffee Shop Services on its Abuja premises to staff, patients, visitors and other patrons. The services will include but not be limited to coffee-related drinks (e.g. lattes, cappuccino, etc.), tea, other non-alcoholic drinks, bottled water, soft drinks, malted drinks, juices, and muffins, pastries, cookies, biscuits, sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. The vendor will reasonably attempt to address a range of dietary issues (such as sugar-free alternatives for diabetic customers). AMCE invites reputable and qualified vendors to express their interest in the provision of this Service by providing the following:
- Letter of Expression of interest
- Comprehensive Company Profile
- Proven track record of reliable service provision in similar field
- Company Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
- Company’s Regulatory Operating Licence in food/beverage catering
- Memorandum & Article of Association/Company Statutes/Company Regulations/Partnership
- Deeds (as may be applicable)
- Profiles of Individual Shareholders Owning More than 5% Shareholding
- Coffee Shop Concept/Theme for Branding
The AMCE shall make available to the Service Provider space, equipment, furniture, electricity, air conditioning, and water, whereas the service provider shall provide all consumables, crockeries, cutleries, skilled resources required for the execution of the work and any other item not provided by AMCE. Both parties shall agree to a revenue sharing formula. The Cafe space is available for inspection by interested parties.
EOI Response Review
Successful respondents to this EOI shall be progressed to the next stage of this exercise and be provided with the full RFP (Request For Proposal) package to enable them to submit more detailed and comprehensive information for further review and evaluation.
