REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR DIESEL SUPPLY (REF AMCE-2025-11)
The African Medical Centre of Excellence (AMCE)- Abuja is a leading newly commissioned healthcare institution providing advanced healthcare services including diagnostics, surgery, oncology, cardiology, and other specialized treatments.
The African Medical Centre of Excellence (AMCE) invites qualified and experienced vendors to submit quotations for the supply of Diesel (Automotive Gas Oil -AGO) to meet its operational requirements at its Abuja Facility.
Service Scope
- Product Supply: Automotive Gas Oil (diesel)
- Tender Quantity: Total quantity of 330,000 litres
- Delivery Schedule/Span: Weekly lots over a 6-month period
- Delivery Location: AMCE Premises, Wumba District, Apo/Kabusa road, Abuja
Product Quality Specifications
- Product must comply with the specifications and guidelines of NMDPRA standards
- Product must be free from adulteration, contamination, water, and sediments
- Product must be accompanied with Certificate of Quality/Analysis for each delivery
- Product must be accompanied by proof of product source and authenticity
- Delivery shall be made through calibrated trucks with valid calibration charts or accurate meters
Vendor Qualifications
Interested vendors are required to meet the following criteria:
- Registered business with valid CAC documents
- Relevant operating licenses for petroleum product distribution
- Proven track record of reliable and timely high-volume diesel delivery with the highest ethical and service standards
- Record of strong HSE compliance
Guidelines For Submission
All submissions must be accompanied by:
- A response mail with the field titled as AMCE-2025-11: Diesel Supply
- Company Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
- Company’s Regulatory Operating Licence
- Memorandum & Article of Association/Company Statutes/Company Regulations/Partnership Deeds (as applicable)
- Comprehensive Company Profile
- Profiles of Individual Shareholders Owning More than 5% Shareholding
- Quotation (with unit price, delivery terms, and payment terms) per table underneath in Appendix 1
- Quality certifications and relevant licenses
- Evidence of previous similar supplies (POs or reference letters)
Supply Terms and Conditions
- Payment Terms: In full 30 days after invoice submission after product delivery
- Delivery: in line with monthly call off schedule
- Penalty: 1% deduction from total price for each day of delay

All quotations should be submitted electronically to procure@amce.net on or before 17:00Hrs. Abuja time, on 21 January, 2026
