Interested vendors must attach the following documents to their submission:

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Tax Identification Number
  • Filled AHSF RFQ form
  • Signed Quotation on letter headed (If needed)
  • Bank account Details.
  • Timeline for service delivery.

Note

  • Note that this call for proposal have been initially advertised on the 28th November 2025. Therefore, this is an extension of the previously advertised call for proposal.
  • You are responsible for submitting your quotation by the deadline.
  • Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered.
