INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE AND ASSORTED EQUIPMENT
PROCUREMENT NUMBER: AUDA-NEPAD/KFW 2015 69 052/FW1/NIG/021/004
1. Purpose
MOMAS TVET CENTRE FOR ELECTRO-TECHNOLOGY invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Assorted Equipment.
2. Scope of Work
Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Assorted Equipment in accordance with the specifications detailed in the bidding document for the following Lots:
- LOT 1: Classroom Furniture and Multimedia Equipment
- LOT 2: Equipment for Social and Auxiliary Rooms
- LOT 3: Equipment for Dormitories, Including Kitchen
- LOT 4: Medical Supplies and Health Equipment for Dormitories
3. Eligibility Requirements
Bidders must meet the eligibility requirements defined by AUDA-NEPAD procurement procedures and comply with the conditions outlined in the bidding documents, including:
1. Submission of company certification of Incorporation/Registration
2. Tax registration documents and a valid Tax compliance certificate
3. Any other document outlined in the bidding document
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration
4. Bids Submission Instructions
Interested and eligible bidders are invited to access and download the full bidding documents through the school’s website: www.momastvet.com/bids/
All bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with; Name and address of the bidder, the tender name and procurement number AUDA-NEPAD/KfW 2015 69 052/FW1/NIG/021/004 and dropped at the following address: Momas TVET Centre for Electro-Technology, KM 40, Lagos – Ibadan Expressway, Orimerunmu, Ogun State on or before 29th January, 2026 at 12.00PM (WAT).
Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
5. Bids Opening
Bids will be opened in the presence of representative of bidders who wish to be present on 29th January, 2026 at 12.00PM (WAT).
