INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP EQUIPMENT
PROCUREMENT NUMBER: AUDA-NEPAD/KFW 2015 69 052/FW1/NIG/021/003
1. Purpose
MOMAS TVET CENTRE FOR ELECTRO-TECHNOLOGY invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Workshop Equipment.
2. Scope of Work
Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Workshop Equipment in accordance with the specifications detailed in the bidding document.
3. Eligibility Requirements
Bidders must meet the eligibility requirements defined by AUDA-NEPAD procurement procedures and comply with the conditions outlined in the bidding documents, including:
1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
2. Tax registration document and a Valid Tax clearance certificate
4. Audited financial statements for the past three years, up to the bid submission deadline
5. Relevant Valid Business Trading License
6. Manufacturer’s authorization, Dealership/Distributor Certification/proof of partnership.
7. Certification for Electrical Equipment Installation
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of EURO 14,000.00 only

Interested and eligible bidders are invited to access and download the full bidding documents through the following link: www.momastvet.com/bids/
All bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with; Name and address of the bidder, the tender name and procurement number AUDA-NEPAD/KfW 2015 69 052/FW1/NIG/021/003 and dropped at the following address: Momas TVET Centre for Electro-Technology, KM 40, Lagos – Ibadan Expressway, Orimerunmu, Ogun State on or before 29th January, 2026 at 12.00PM (WAT).
Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
5. Bids Opening
Bids will be opened in the presence of representative of bidders who wish to be present on 29th January, 2026 at 12.00PM (WAT).
