INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
In the effort to improve the living standard of its people, the Tudun Wada Local Government Council wishes to undertake the execution of some developmental projects; therefore, all interested Companies and Contractors are hereby invited for Pre-qualification to Tender.
SCOPE OF THE WORK
1. Procurement of security equipment: Motorcycle, local guns, cattle for vigilante, shoes, gloves etc.
2. Construction/provision of fire fighting station at Tudun Wada Local Govt.
3. Procurement of 2 no. of council bus at Tudun Wada Local Govt.
4. Procurement of 1 no. of tractor & its implements at Tudun Wada Local Govt.
5. Climate compliant construction of 1 no. Veterinary hospital at Tudun Wada LGA.
6. Climate resilient needs purchase agricultural lime.
7. Construction of market/parks & corner shop at Tudun Wada Local Govt.
8. Acquisition of land (Land Compensation) at Tudun Wada Local Govt.
9. Construction of modern market phase I at Tudun Wada Local Govt.
10. Construction of ultra modern women centre at Tudun Wada.
11. Climate resilient needs expansion of grave yard at Tudun Wada (Tsohon gari, Yaryasa & Sabon gari).
12. Compensation of affected farm land on construction of Tashar Goro to Gawo by pass road at Tudun Wada Local Govt.
13. Climate compliant construction of mechanic village at Tudun Wada Tsohon gari.
14. Procurement of computers at Burum-Burum Computer Centre.
15. Procurement of motorcycles at Local Govt. Secretariat.
16. Procurement of motor vehicle – Chairman & Supervision van for project monitoring.
17. Procurement of 8 no. of computers to all HODs & Internal Auditor at Tudun Wada Local Govt.
18. Procurement of residential furniture at Tudun Wada Local Govt. Education Authority.
19. Procurement of street light (solar at Hayin yawa).
20. Climate compliant construct/provision of office building police station at Burum-Burum.
21. Construction/provision of residential building (1 no. staff quarters) at Tudun Wada.
22. Climate resilient construction of drainage from Yamma Primary to Hanyar Dalauda.
23. Construction/provision housing – Chairman house & DPO house at Tudun Wada Local Govt.
24. Construction of climate resistant construction of drainage at Tudun Wada.
25. Construction/provision of road from Yarkawo to Farin-Ruwa.
26. Construction of ICT infrastructures at Tudun Wada.
27. Climate resistance fencing of 2 no. of grave yard at Tudun Wada – Wada Tsohon gari.
28. Procurement of working material to newly constructed Women Centre at Tudun Wada.
29. Empowerment by the Local Govt (purchase of various properties to the people).
30. Climate friendly rehabilitation/repairs of primary schools.

PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- Evidence of incorporation with CAC,
- Evidence of financial capability and bank support
- Record of similar project previously executed,
- List of similar projects or experiences, technical staff, equipment, plants and technical capacity,
- VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittance.
SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
All pre-qualification documents of either of the above project are to be delivered on or before 1 week from the date of this notice in a sealed envelope s and boldly marked pre-qualification to tender and address to the DPM Tudun Wada Local Government, Kano.
