INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS & CONSULTANTS
(FOR WORKS, GOODS AND SERVICES)
The Epe Local Government hereby invites reputable, competent, and interested contractors, suppliers, and consultants to apply for pre-qualification and inclusion in its Contractors’ Database for the execution of various programmes and projects for the Year 2026 Financial Period.
1. CATEGORIES
A. WORKS
- Building and Civil Engineering Works
- Construction, Rehabilitation and Renovation of Public Buildings
- Road Construction, Rehabilitation and Maintenance
- Drainage, Culvert and Erosion Control Works
- Borehole Drilling and Water Supply Projects
- Electrical, Mechanical and Solar Installation Works
- Environmental and Community Development Works
B. GOODS
- Supply of Office Furniture and Equipment
- Supply of ICT and Communication Equipment
- Supply of Construction Materials
- Supply of Agricultural Inputs and Equipment
- Supply of Medical, Laboratory and Health Equipment
- Supply of Vehicles, Motorcycles and Spare Parts
- Supply of Stationery and Printing Materials
- Procurement of Official Vehicles for Political Office Holders, Management Staff and others.
C. SERVICES/CONSULTANCY
- Surveying and Mapping Services
- Training and Capacity Building
- Research, Data Collection and Analysis
- Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Services
- Project Management Consult
- Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA)
- ICT Consultancy and Software Development
- Cleaning, Security and Facility Management Services
- Logistics, Haulage and Event Management Services
2. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Interested firms are required to submit photocopies of the following:
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of Registration/Renewal with Epe Local Government
- Evidence of Registration/Renewal with PPA for contract above 35M
- Company Profile with verifiable address
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
- Pension Compliance Certificate (where applicable)
- Evidence of registration with relevant Professional Bodies
- List of similar jobs successfully executed with evidence
- Sworn Affidavit confirming the authenticity of submitted documents
- Company Audited Account for last 3 years
3. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Documents should be sealed and clearly marked:
“PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR WORKS/GOODS/SERVICES” and addressed to:
THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN,
Epe Local Government,
Itamarun Epe,
Lagos.
And be submitted to The Procurement Unit of Epe Local Government.
4. CLOSING DATE
Submission closes on:
Date: 27th March, 2026
Day: Monday – Friday
Time: 3:00 pm Daily
Late submissions will not be considered.
5. DISCLAIMER
Pre-qualification does not constitute an invitation to tender.
Only pre-qualified firms will be invited to bid for specific projects.
The Epe Local Government reserves the right to accept or reject any submission.
