INVITATION TO BID FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
As part of the efforts to achieve our mandate and fulfill our campaign promises, Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area under the Chairmanship of Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa hereby invite qualified and interested contractors/ suppliers to bid for the underlisted contracts.

WORKS
Lot 1 Construction of Model primary School Awoyaya & Oke-ogun. Lot 2 Construction of K-Lamps at Orimedu; Open stall, lockup shop, toilet female bath/urinal. Lot 3 Construction of customary court. Lot 4 Construction of Jetty at Iba-Oloja and Bogije. Lot 5 Installation of 600 Solar Street lights in Coastal communities (Akodo, Orofun, Orimedu, Magbon Alade, Museyo, Iberekodo, Eleko, Badore, Deboje, Solu, Igando, llado and Orunmija). Lot 6 Construction of Drainage (Onosa to Baba Adisa). 3rd Quarter PHC Desa. Lot 7 Procurement of Mercedes Benz Compactor Lot 8 Construction of Public Toilets in Eleko Beach. Lot 9 Construction of Iberekodo PHC. Lot 10 Renovation of classrooms (Mopo-Ibeju Primary School, Orimedu Community Junior High School). Lot 11 Renovation of classrooms (Magbon-Alade primary school) (Bogije Primary School) (Abijo Primary School). Lot 12 Provision of 5 Transformers (Oke-ogun, Araromi, Cele-Imedu, Abijo GRA). Lot 13 Provision of Solar Inverter in PHC at Awoyaya, Aiyeteji and Solu – Alade.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT/ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Interested Contractors shall be requested to possess the following Documents:
(a) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate for last three years 2023, 2024 & 2025.
(c) Evidence of Registration with Lagos Public Procurement Agency.
(d) Evidence of Registration with the Ibeju-Lekki Local Government.
(e) Copies of VAT Registration with TIN number and Evidence of VAT remittance for the last three years with SCUML.
(f) Evidence of Financial capability/reference letter from banker/Insurance bond.
(g) Evidence of Technical experience attached.
(h) Proof of Previous job done for Local Government(s) or any other reputable organization in similar jobs.
(3.0) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Tender Documents are to be collected from the Procurement office on payment of Non-refundable processing/tender fee of N50,000.00 photocopy of the receipt should be attached to the Tender Documents.

(4.0) SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENT
Interested bidders should submit two (2) sealed envelopes with the Lot number and Names written in capital letters at the top left corner of the envelope addressed to:

(5.0) CLOSING AND OPENING
The completed and sealed Tender documents (as addressed to Executive Chairman, Ibeju-Lekki Local Government) should be submitted in the Local Government Tender Box at the Procurement Office, last floor, Monday – Thursday; 9am – 3 pm from the day of the advert not later than 12:00 noon on the 20 April, 2026.
Any Tender received after this stated date and time shall not be considered. The submitted documents shall be opened on the same day, 20 April, 2026 at 12:00pm in the Council secretariat hall. Contractors or their representative(s) are requested to be present at the opening.
