REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF A VENUE PROVIDER (EVENT CENTER) FOR THE LSETF x GIZ EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT PROJECT – CAREER FAIR

LSETF-GIZ Employability Support Project is organizing a Career Fair aimed at connecting trained beneficiaries with employers, recruiters, and industry partners. The event will provide opportunities for job matching, career guidance, employer engagement, and skills-to- employment linkages. The objective of this assignment is to provide end-to-end event management services that will ensure the Career Fair is professionally organized and well- coordinated. To ensure the successful planning, coordination, and execution of this event, we seek to engage a catering service provider.
Interested applicants will find below:
- detailed instructions relating to the submission of the Proposal in “Section II – Instructions to Venue Provider (event hall)” of this document; and
- sample forms for the submission of the Proposal in Section III.
The Proposal shall clearly highlight the information listed in Section II of this document.

Kindly submit a hard copy of your proposal, entitled “Request for Proposal for the LSETF x GIZ Employability Support Project (Career Fair) – VENUE PROVIDER,” in a sealed envelope. Submissions must be delivered to the address below no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 24 APRIL, 2026.
This RFP is solely for preparing and submitting a Proposal and confirmation of your ability to provide the required services. All information, both written and oral, which is obtained or provided in response to this RFP is confidential.
