- Valid R of O Land for 1000 Low cost houses in Abuja, FCT, Imo and/or Rivers
- Aligned to faith based principles
- Good relationships with the State level
- Good relationships with Federal Mortgage Bank & FCDA
- Professional registrations with relevant bodies
