INVITATION TO TENDER/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
(1) INTRODUCTION
As part of the statutory mandate of the Local Government and effort at given back to the community the dividends of democracy through provision of social amenities for the benefit of its citizens and the general public. Iru – Victoria Island Local Council Development Area is set to execute the following projects to improve the living conditions of the people of Iru Victoria Island at large.

(3) QUALIFICATION REQIREMENTS/ELEGIBILITIES CRITERIA FOR CONTRACT
(a) Evidence of Registration with CAC, including certificate of incorporation.
(b) Company profile and organizational structure, including names and resume of key personnel with address and phone number.
(c) Evidence of registration as a contractor with the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency (PPA)/ Iru – Victoria Island Local Council Development Area
(d) Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years
(e) Evidence of financial capability
(f) Variable cost of previous/ similar projects successfully executed in the last three (3) years and their locations
(g) Possession of experience as prime contractor in similar projects
(4) COLLECTION/SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Interested companies are hereby requested to visit the procurement office to obtain a bidding document/ unpriced bill, after payment of tender fees of N100,000.00 payable to the bank. The document to be filled and submitted with the proposal in a sealed envelope addressed to:

The original copy packed and marked ORIGINAL, along with the full copies with the name of the organization written on a sealed envelope to be submitted
(5) CLOSING AND OPENING
The proposal should be deposited in The Local Council “Tender Box” at the Council Manager’s office not later than Fourteen days (14) after this publication (04 June, 2026) at 12 noon. Any proposal after this stated date will not be considered.
The submitted documents will be opened immediately after closure at the Council Hall, Iru-Victoria Island Local Council Development Area
