The Federal Housing Authority (FHA) hereby notifies the general public and all prospective bidders that the implementation of the Renewed Hope Housing Estate Project across 18 States advertised in 2024/2025 shall be carried out in phases.
Accordingly, the issuance of Notifications of Award for projects in selected States (see below) ‘ does not preclude or invalidate the procurement process for the remaining States, which shall be considered in subsequent phases of implementation.
Consequently, only the following under-listed states will be considered in Phase 1 of the implementation
