INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
Applications are invited from qualified and interested Audit Firms for appointment as External Auditor of the University of Port Harcourt.
Qualification Requirements
(1) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CACV);
(2) Evidence of Registration/Renewal with the Office of the Auditor General of the Federation;
(3) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years, i.e. 2023,2024 and 2025;
(4) Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act of 2024;
(5) Evidence of VAT Registration and past VAT remittance;
(6) Comprehensive Company Profile and Organisational Structure;
(7) Evidence of cognate experience of 10 years with reputable organization especially institutions of higher learning;
(8) Evidence of Registration with relevant Professional Bodies-ICAN/ANAN;
(9) Evidence of payment of industrial Training Fund (ITF) contribution in compliance with statutory provision of the ITF Amended Act 2011;
(10) Evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN).
