REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CCTV CAMERAS
Oxfam in Nigeria invites reputable, eligible, and qualified vendors to submit quotations for the Supply and Installation of Security Cameras as part of programme operations.
Vendors must demonstrate reliability, technical capacity, compliance with specifications, and adherence to Oxfam procurement and ethical standards.
ITEMS SPECIFICATION
1. Hikvision speed Dome cameras – 1 Unit
2. Hikvision indoor cameras – 2 Units
3. Hikvision outdoor cameras – 7 Units
All Quotations must clearly indicate technical specifications, including all installation accessories with components
Alternative models or substitutions may be submitted only as alternative offers, clearly marked. Oxfam reserves the right to accept or reject any alternative offers.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Delivery Location: Gesse Phase 2, Birnin-Kebbi, Kebbi State
- Delivery Timeline: Within 5 calendar days after issuance of Purchase Order
- Delivery Responsibility: Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). The Supplier is responsible for full delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment.
- Installation: Supplier must handle complete installation and system setup
- Aftersales Service: Supplier will be responsible for periodic maintenance and technical support.
- Inspection: All Items will be inspected for compliance with specifications prior acceptance
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED
Bidders must submit the following mandatory documents:
Mandatory Documents
1. Signed & stamped supplier quotation, including:
- Brand, model & full specifications
- Unit and total prices in NGN
- Breakdown of applicable taxes
- Delivery timeline & quotation validity period
- Warranty details and after sales plan
2. Certificate of Incorporation / CAC Registration
3. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (not older than 2024)
4. Past Performance Evidence
- Copies of previous Purchase Orders
- Delivery notes / Goods received Notes (GRNs)
- Completion certificates or Customer References
QUOTE VALIDITY
Quotations must remain valid for minimum of 14 days from the submission deadline
PAYMENT TERMS
- 100% payment upon full delivery, installation and acceptance of goods
- Payment will be processed within 30 days after submission of a valid invoice
- 2% withholding Tax (WHT) will be deducted at source and remitted to the relevant tax authority (NRS) in accordance to Nigerian regulations
EVALUATION CRITERIA
All bids will first be assessed using the mandatory technical criteria, followed by a weighted technical–financial scoring system. Only complaint bids will proceed to the technical and financial evaluation stage.

- No telephone inquiries. All questions must be submitted in writing to: NGA-Abujaprocurement@oxfam.org (up to 2 days before deadline)
- Nb: Late submissions will not be considered.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 10th June 2026 at 23:59 (WAT) upon conditions in the Terms of Reference and Evaluation Criteria.
Oxfam does not bind itself to award the proposal to the lowest bidder and reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, either in whole or in part.
