RE: INVITATION FOR TENDER/PREQUALIFICATION/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES FOR EXECUTION OF 2026 APPROPRIATION (CORRIGENDUM)
This is to refer to our advertisement for Invitation to Tender/Pre-qualification/Expression of Interest (EoI) published in the Federal Tenders Journal, The Nation and Blueprint Newspapers of 27th July, 2026 and to inform interested bidders and members of the general public as follows:
i. Lot G6 and W1 has been stepped down till further notice;
ii. Bidders tendering for Category A and D (Pre-qualification and Expression of Interest(EoI)) need not pay tender fees, until they are prequalified/shortlisted and invited to pick up the Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Request for Proposal (RfP) documents;
iii. Tenderers interested in bidding for ICT, Data Collection and Protection jobs must comply with the Provisions of the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 in addition to other requirements earlier prescribed in the advert; and
iv. Venue for the Bid Openings has been moved from WAEC Building to Dr. Maruf Olatunji Alausa Hall, National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) Building, Plot 644, Zambezi Crescent, Maitama, Abuja.
All other information remains valid.
