Payment Terms: Net 30
Tax Exemption: The U.S. Embassy is exempt from the payment of taxes and VAT. Taxes should not be included in the quoted price.
Quotation Requirements
To be considered for award, vendors must:
- Email quotations to AbujaProcurement@state.gov and include PR15989149 in the subject line.
- Provide product specifications, brochures, pictures, or other supporting technical documentation.
- Include delivery lead time and clearly indicate if the item is backordered.
- Provide references and contact information for customers served within the last three (3) years.
- Submit proof of active registration in SAM.gov and a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
- Provide evidence of compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), if applicable.
- Complete, sign, and return the attached Certification of Compliance with Applicable U.S. Federal Anti-Discrimination Laws.
- Clearly indicate in BOLD if offering an alternative product and provide complete specifications for comparison.

Quotations will be evaluated based on:
- Technical Acceptability
- Price
- Past Performance
Submission Deadline
All quotations must be received no later than August 8, 2026.
