INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

1.0. INTRODUCTION
As part of the effort to achieve our mandate of providing social amenities for the benefit of the citizens and general public, Olorunda Local Council Development Area, hereby invites qualified Contractors for Construction and Supply of Goods and Consultancy Services.

2.0. PART 1
A. WORKS

LOT 1Construction of Outfall Drainage, Reinforced Crossed Box Culvert and Cover Slab to Ongoing Drainage along Mowo/Age-Mowo Inner Road at Olorunda L.C.D.A.

B. GOODS

LOT 1Supply of 10 Units of ABB 500KVA/33 Transformer to Olorunda Local Council Development Area
LOT 2Provision of 5 Official Vehicles to Some Council Principal Officers at Olorunda L.C.D.A.
LOT 3Purchase of Advanced Life Support Ambulance to Olorunda L.C.D.A.

3.0. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Cover Letter duly signed by the Company’s Authorized Signatory indicating the specific area(s) of specialization under FOUR (4) headings (Goods, Works, Consulting Services and Non-Consulting Services).
  • Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
  • The Company’s Audited Accounts for the Years (2023, 2024, 2025).
  • Performance Bond from a reputable financial institution.
  • Exact verifiable location and full address/contact, telephone numbers and email address of the authorized representatives.
  • Evidence of Company Registration/ Renewal with Olorunda Local Council Development Area.
  • Evidence of Tender Fee to Olorunda Local Council Development Area.
  • Radio & Television License Receipt (current year).
  • Possession of experience as a Prime Contractor/Consultant/ Supplier in at least TWO (2) projects of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letters of contracts award and certificate of job completion within the last Three (3) years from 2023.
  • Evidence of Technical capacity (list of equipment, staffing etc.)
  • Evidence of technical partnership (manufacturer’s authorization where necessary). Prospective bidder should pay a NON-REFUNDABLE Tender Fee as stated below:

WORKS LOT – ₦50,000.00
GOODS LOT – ₦50,000.00
All payable to Olorunda Local Council Development Area.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All categories with personalized code No, should be dropped in the Bid Box located in the Council Manager’s Office, not later than TWO (2) Weeks (25 August, 2026) from this Publication Date, immediately after the close of submission from 12:00 noon at Olorunda Local Council Development Area Secretariat.
