INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ODE AJE – AGUGU ROAD IN IBADAN NORTH EAST LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, IBADAN
The Oyo State Government, through the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, wishes to inform the general public that, as part of its commitment to improving infrastructure and providing significant relief and succour to residents of the State, particularly through effective flood control measures aimed at protecting lives and property, applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the reconstruction of Ode Aje-Agugu Road, including crossing structures and other associated works in Ibadan North East Local Government Area of Oyo State.
1. For further information and details on the proposed project, prospective applicants are requested to contact the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources.
2. The prospective applicants are also expected to submit the following documents along with their letter of expression of interest not later than 7 days from the publication of this advertisement:
i. Evidence of incorporation of business with Corporate Affairs Commission;
ii. Evidence of registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement;
iii. Evidence of registration of Business Premises with the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperatives;
iv. Evidence of payment of the mandatory #50, 000 non-refundable application fee;
v. Evidence of current Government Tax Clearance Certificate;
vi. Evidence of similar jobs/projects undertaken in the past; and
vii. Other relevant documents that can facilitate the applicant’s consideration for the job.
3. Submission
All completed application documents should be submitted to the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources.
