INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION FOR PRIMARY EDUCATION
Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the projects listed below:

Delta State Renovation of 1no6. Classroom block with offices at Ekumu Primary School; Renovation of 1no3. Classroom block with offices at Ekumu Primary School. 7 Okpe L.G.A Delta State Construction of perimeter fence at Esezi Secondary School Ughoton; Construction of 1no. Gate House at Esezi Secondary School Ughoton. 8 Okpe L.G.A Delta State Construction of 1no.4 toilet block at Okuloh Primary School, Okuloh. Renovation of 1no6. Classroom block without offices at Okuloh Primary School, Okuloh; Renovation of 1no.2 classroom block with an office at Okuloh Primary School, Okuloh. 9 Ika North East L.G.A. Delta State Renovation of 1no.3 classroom block without offices at Igiongwa primary school, Ute-Erumu; Demolition /Construction of 1no.4 toilet block at Igiongwa Primary School, Ute-Erumu; Remedial Works for fence at Igiongwa Primary School, Ute-Erumu; Demolition /Construction of Gate House at Igiongwa Primary School, Ute-Erumu. 10 Ika South L.G.A Delta State Renovation of 1no6. Classroom block with offices at Alifekede primary school, Alifekede; Construction of 1no8. pupil toilet block at Alifekede Primary School, Alifekede. 11 Ughelli North L.G.A. Delta State Renovation of 1no4. Classroom block with offices at Mukoro Mowoe primary School, Evwreni; Renovation of 1no.3 classroom block with toilets at Mukoro Mowoe Primary School, Evwreni; Renovation of 1no.4 classroom block with offices at Osuovwa Primary School, Oghara Agbarah-Otor. 12 Sapele L.G.A Delta State Renovation of 1no3 classroom block with office at Okuoke Primary School, Sapele; Renovation of 1no12 classroom block at Urhiapеле Primary School 1, Sapele.
2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from Tenders Board Secretariat, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba, upon non-refundable payment of the prescribed fee as contained in 3(v).
3. Tenders, must be accompanied by the following:
i. Evidence of registration with Delta State Government;
ii. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii. Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv. Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises, Utilities Bill etc.;
v. Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N150, 000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) for the above projects.
vi. Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
vii. Evidence of Financial capability;
viii. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
ix. Evidence of DSIR Card;
4. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering. For this purpose, tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba for guidance.
5. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to:
The Secretary,
Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education,
Asaba.
6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.
7. Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
8. Late bids after Monday 5th October, 2026 by 12 noon, will be rejected.
9. Tenders will be opened at 10.00a.m Tuesday, 6th October 2026 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders’ representatives who choose to be present at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education Conference Room, Cluster E, 3rd Floor, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat, Asaba.
