INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION FOR SECONDARY EDUCATION
Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the projects listed below:

Classroom block with offices (block B) at Yowuren College Ugbuwangue; Renovation of 1no3. Classroom block with offices (block C) at Yowuren College Ugbuwangue; Renovation of 1no3. Classroom block with offices (block D) at Yowuren College Ugbuwangue; Renovation of 1no3. Classroom block with offices (block F) at Yowuren College Ugbuwangue; Renovation of 1no3. Classroom block without Offices to Laboratory block at Okwe Secondary School, Okwe; Renovation of 1no3 classroom Block (block D) with offices and Toilets at Okwe Secondary School, Okwe; Renovation of 1no.3 classroom block (block G) without offices at Okwe Secondary School, Okwe; Renovation of 1no.3 classroom block with offices at Okwe Primary School, Okwe; Renovation of 1no.8 Toilets Block at Okwe Primary School, Okwe. 6 Oshimili North L.G.A Delta State Construction of 2units of 2 bedroom semi-detached staff quarters at Ibusa mixed Secondary School, Ibusa. 7 Ethiope West L.G.A Delta State Renovation of 1no6. Classroom block with offices and toilets (block C) at Mosogar Secondary School, Mosogar; Renovation of 1no.6 classroom block with offices and toilets (block B) at Mosogar Secondary School, Mosogar. 8 Oshimili South L.G.A Delta State Construction of 2units of 2 bedroom semi-detached staff quarters at Osadenis Secondary School, Asaba. 9 Aniocha South L.G.A Delta State Renovation of 1no. 3 blocks with offices and toilets; Construction of a Gate House; Construction of a perimeter Fence at Adaigbo Secondary School, Ogwash-uku
2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from Tenders Board Secretariat, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba, upon non-refundable payment of the prescribed fee as contained in 3(v).
3. Tenders, must be accompanied by the following:
i. Evidence of registration with Delta State Government;
ii. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii. Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv. Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises, Utilities Bill etc.;
v. Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N150, 000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) for the above projects.
vi. Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
vii. Evidence of Financial capability;
viii. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
ix. Evidence of DSIR Card;
4. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering. For this purpose, tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba for guidance.
5. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to:

Asaba.
6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.
7. Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
8. Late bids after Monday 5th October, 2026 by 12 noon, will be rejected.
9. Tenders will be opened at 10.00a.m Tuesday, 6th October 2026 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders’ representatives who choose to be present at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education Conference Room, Cluster E, 3rd Floor, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat, Asaba.
