GOVERNOR’S OFFICE, DAMATURU, YOBE STATE.
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF VEHICLES

The office of the Secretary to the State Government in line with Yobe State Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable interested Vendors/suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for:

Supply of One unit each of:

• Toyota Prado V6 (2026 Model),
• Toyota Hilux Adventure
• Toyota Prado LEAD 2023 Model,
• Toyota Prado 2026 (Armored)

Supply of Two (2) Units each of:

• Toyota Hilux 2023 Model
• Toyota Prado 2026 Model

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:

• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
• Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2021,2022 & 2023)
• Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2021,2022 & 2023)
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
• Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

2. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Permanent Secretary, Admin and General Services, office of the Secretary To The State Government.

3. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to SSG Yobe State clearly marked Tender document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 30th September, 2026.

4. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50, 000.00).

5. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the conference hall of the office of the Secretary To The State Government by 12:00 noon on the 30th September, 2026.
