INVITATION TO TENDER FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES
P.M.B. 1044 ASABA DELTA STATE
1.0 High quality consultancy services are needed in the following areas:
land and quantity surveying for the production of a new Master Plan for
the College permanent site. The College permanent site is situated at
KM 5, Asala-ibusa Road. Other features of this parcel of land are as
follows:
a) It spans 1.1km on Asaba-lhusa Road and apart from being directly opposite General Steel Mill, it shares a common boundary with INTERBAU CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD.
b) It also has a length of 243 km spanting from Asabu-ibusu Roud through Power Line, Achalla Ibusa Road and terminates in a Riverwhich is a tributary of River Niger.
c) It was Gazetted on 8th August, 1985 in Bendel State Notice No. 175, Gazette No, 51 Volume 22.
2.0 Tendering Requirements
Prospective consultants are required to submit the following
documents:
i) Verifiable evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission
ii) Verifiable evidence of Tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) yeurs with Tax Identification Number boldly indicated on the certificate
iii) Evidence of VAT Registration
iv) Evidence of PENCOM Registration
v) Evidence of audited account of the firm/company’s financial details for the last three (3) years
vi) Verifiable office and workshop address(es): NOT P. O. BOX but should include telephone number(s) of Company Director(s)
vii) Company’s profile and evidence of relevant similar projects executed
viii) Evidence from the company’s bunkers as to its financial capability to undertake the project
ix) Evidence of Registration with Professional Bodies
x) Statement as to completion date of the project
3.0 Arrangement of documents (in saft und hurd copies) should follow the
order in the list above appropriately numbered, Each puvel should
have a table of content including the pages on which these items are to
be found.
4.0 Submission of Documents
The Tender documents must be forwarded in scalad envelope and
marked “Application as a Consultant” at the top left hand comer of
the envelope and addressed to:
The Registrar, Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba, Delta State not later than two (2) weeks from the date of this publication. The Tender document received will he opened at 1.00pm prompt on the closing date (Friday, 5th March, 2021) at the College Council Chamber
Prospective Consultants should endeavour to attend the opening exercise.
