INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER FOR THE YEAR 2021 COLLEGE CAPITAL PROJECTS
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Federal College of Land Resources Technology Kuru hereby invites Interested and reputable contractors/consultants to tender for the implementation of the underlisted capital projects 2021.

| Lot 2 | Staff capacity development |
| Lot 3 | Renovation of Agricultural Engineering Block |
| Lot 4 | Training of women and youths on best Agricultural value chain In Boro South |
| Lot 5 | Construction of Okengwen Modern Town Hail |
| Lot 6 | Provision of empowerment and support fund for training and empowerment of young constituents in, Mikang/ Shendam/QuaanPan Federal Constituency. |
ZONAL INTERVENTION PROGRAMME
Lot 1 Training of youth on small scale farming techniques in Wurno/Rabah Federal Constituency Sokoto State.
(2.0) COLLECTION OF BIDS DOCUMENTS
Interested bidders are to collect documents from the college on the payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only at the College bursary.
(3.0) BIDS REQUIREMENT
(a) Bids shall be subjected to strict technical evaluation of interested contractors/ consultants who are required to submit the following prequalification documents: a Certificate of incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(b) Tax Clearance certificate for three (3) years (2018-2020).
(c) Certificate of registration for VAT and evidence of remittances for the past three (3) years (2018-2020).
(d) Company profile which should include
(i) Names of current Directors as Registered with CAC
(ii) Names, Qualification, and Experience of Key Personnel
(e) Evidence of registration of contractors/consultants and service providers with the BPP national database.
(f) Evidence of similar projects executed (work completion certificate), Bank reference, and statement of account for the last 12months (2020-2021)
(h) Evidence of compliance with pension reforms Act 2004 issued by the Pension Commission.
(i) Evidence of compliance with the provision of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act 2011 as amended.
(4.0) SUBMISSION OF BIDS DOCUMENTS
The completed Technical and Financial bids should be enclosed in two separate sealed envelopes marked Technical Bid and Financial Bid, put in one big envelope with the project clearly indicated on the right corner addressed to “THE PROVOST, Federal College of Land Resources Technology Kuru, PMB 2035 Jos. The completed bids documents should be submitted not later than six (6) weeks from the date of this publication, latest 12:00noon.
(5.0) BID OPENING
Opening of tender documents will be held in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the conference hall of the College on the 9 August 2021, 12:00 noon prompt.
(6.0) PLEASE NOTE
(i) Each company must not bid for more than two (2) projects
(ii) Original copies of documents listed above must be produced for sighting during
(iii) The Federal College of Land Resource Technology, Kuru reserves the right to verify any claim by the bidders.
(iv) Non-compliance with any of the items 3 0 (a- 1) may lead to disqualification of Bid;
(v) Bids submitted late will be rejected.
