International Medical Corps is a global, humanitarian, non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief and development programs. For his activities and projects in Nigeria, International Medical Corps is inviting competent, professional, and established suppliers/service providers capable of supply of the items/services listed below and as described in the tender documents.

How to get the Tender documents?
- Option 1: Physical Tender documents.
The physical tender documents can be retrieved from August 9 to August 22, 2021, between 10:00 am to 03:00 pm at the following address:

It is possible to request for the tender documents from August 9 to August 22 2021 between 10:00 am to 05:00 pm via email to the email address

Submission deadline: The deadline for submitting completed tender bids is for August 29, 2021, at 4:30 pm Nigeria time (GMT+1)
Submission Methodology
Offers must be submitted:

Note that if you include other International Medical Corps email addresses in your email containing offer, your offer will be disqualified.
Subject of the email containing your offer must contain the International Medical Corps RFQ/ITT reference number (08-001-BOR-2021) also provided in the Tender document.

Award of contract will follow, following the internal evaluation process.
International Medical Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any part of, or the entire tender in accordance with internal procedures.
The winning bid or bids taken from this competitive bidding process, only by agreement of the winning bid/s, may be considered for entry into a ‘Framework Blanket Purchase Agreements’ for the future supply of these items/Services to International Medical Corps
