INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION (ADDENDUM & DATE EXTENSION)
The Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital Uselu Benin City wishes to draw the attention of the general public to advertisements published in the Federal Tenders Journal of December 26th 2022, The Daily Trust Newspaper of December 26th 2022,and New Telegraph of December 27th 2022.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS AND SUBMISSION OF BIDS earlier scheduled to close on the 23rd January 2023 has been extended.
Prospective Bidders are to submit Bid for any of the Lots only in two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”, Thereafter, put in two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope and addressed to:
The Medical Director,
Federal Neuro- Psychiatric Hospital, Benin City,
Edo State Nigeria
and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number E.g. Lot 1 (Construction of Medical Centre at New site)
Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box in the Office of the Medical Director, Federal Neuro-psychiatric Hospital, Benin City, not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 13th February 2023.
Only the Technical bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00noonon Monday 13th February 2023 in the Hospital Conference room, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
Please, ensure you sign the Bid submission Register in the Office of the Medical Director.
