NLCB REQUEST FOR TENDER NOTICE
CREATIVE ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL INC. invites qualified firms to indicate interest for the Provision of Psychosocial Support Services to Creative Staff in Nigeria under her NLCB-Project.
The NLCB project requires the services of a professional and affordable organization to provide Psychosocial Support Services to Creative Staff in Nigeria, in order to maintain the mental health and overall well-being of employees in Nigeria. The healthcare coverage plan (“the Plan must be available to all full-time staff and eligible dependents.
Criteria for bidders:
1. Profile of the organization, including organization’s certificate of incorporation, physical address, and contacts (telephone and email).
2. Organogram of management structure and Curriculum vitae for the key personnel directly involved in this service
3. Tax Clearance Certificate for 2016, 2017 and 2018
4. Bidder must be a registered firm with CAC Certificate
5. Evidence of adequate financial management systems (must include most recent audited Accounts)
6. Evidence of previous similar services provided (must include any or all the following; award letters, contract agreements, service completion certificates)
7. List and contact of clients a minimum of International NGOs benefiting from vendor’s Psychosocial support services
8. Bidder must be willing to provide quotations that are valid for a minimum of 60days
It is Creative’s intent to make this award to bidder with the most competitive price.
