INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
Gwagwalada Area Council hereby invites interested Firms and reputable Companies to present Bids for the under listed projects.
| Lot 1 | Redesigning and Comprehensive Renovation of Area Council Secretariat Block “A” |
| Lot 2 | Redesigning and Comprehensive Renovation of Area Council Secretariat Block “B” |
| Lot 3 | Comprehensive Renovation and Furnishing of Legislative Chamber and Offices |
| Lot 4 | Grading/Laterite Filling and Construction of Culverts at Shenagu-Shaga Road (13km). |
| Lot 5 | Supply and Installation of all in one Solar Street Light at Giri and Gwako. |
| Lot 6 | Installation of all in One Solar Street Light at Dobi Town |
| Lot 7 | Installation of 4 Nos. 500KVA 33/415 Transformer at Giri |
| Lot 8 | Building of International Fruit Market in Zuba (PPP) |
| Lot 9 | Building of Modern Market and Plaza at Gwagwalada (PPP) |
REQUIREMENTS:
(i) The Company must be duly registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Evidence of last three years Company Tax
(iii) The Company must have VAT Certificate
(iv) Company profile and Clientele (if any) will be an added advantage
(v) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last Three years/last Six months Statement of Accounts.
(vi) Evidence of Financial Capacity from a Reputable Bank including Bank Certificate.
(vii) ITF Compliance Certificate
(viii) PENCOM Compliance Certificate
(ix) NSITF Compliance Certificate
(x) Non-Refundable Registration Fee payable to the Area Council account at Zenith Bank
(xi) Sworn Affidavit at the High Court that none of your Company’s Directors) is involved in Financial Fraud.
COLLECTION OF TENDER
Tender documents can be collected from the Works Department of the Area Council on the payment of Non-refundable fee of Seventy Five Thousand Naira (N75,000 00) only from Monday 21 November to Wednesday 28 December, 2022.
SUBMISSION OF THE TENDER AND PROPOSAL
Completed tender must be submitted in sealed envelope marked confidential and addressed to the Secretary Tenders’ Board not later than 12:00 noon on or before 28 December, 2022. Opening of Tenders shall be by 12:00 noon same day in the Area Council Secretariat Conference Hall. The Tenders’ Board Reserves the right to reject any tender in part or in full.
