CBM Nigeria in partnership with CeGHAD Is Calling for Expression of interest to tender/Bid (Quotation) for the procurement of quality Office vehicle:

Method of Application:
All interested vendors should send in expression of interest to the CeGHAD official mail or hand- delivered to the address below: ceghadproc@gmail.com or Centre for Gospel Health and Development (CeGHaD)
Attention: The Procurement Committee, requirement for Applying.
1. Vendors willing to apply should first sending in expression of interest (EOI) and Organization profile attached.
2. Shortlisted organizations will be shared with CeGHaD Quotation template to send in their quotations immediately.
3. Note quotations/EOI must be signed and Organization Logo attached by the vendor.
4. Vendors expected to send in Expression of interest (E0I) on or before 22′ June, 2023.
B. Instructions:
i. The deadline for submission of all quotations is 30th, June, 2023, on or before 3p.m. GMT.
ii. Bidders must follow the instructions outlined in all the documents for this tender in the submission of their bid to CeGHaD.
iii. A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, contractual, or commercial matters may notify CeGHaD via email at the following address not later than 27th June, 2023, before the closing date for the submission of quotations.
iv. Provide evidence of business registration with a verifiable business address and a valid bank account in the name of the business.
v. Evidence of current tax clearance for 2022.
vi. Organization TIN Number.
vii. CeGHAD is not liable for any pre or post cost incurred by the vendor in connection with the preparation or submission of the bids.
viii. Note a 5% WHT and 1% development Levy would be deducted from the gross amount as required by law.
ix. Awarded vendors will be required at to present the followings:
x. proforma invoice reflecting the total contract sum.
xi. a receipt of the said amount received. xii. The vendor must ensure that the invoice and receipt most clearly display the organization TIN number.
