REQUIREMENT/EVALUATION CRITERIA:

Bidders are expected to respond accordingly, financial bid should be sent with company’s letter headed paper and attach the following documents.

  • Cost
  • Delivery period
  • Validity period of quote
  • Warranty period
  • Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) inclusive of form C 02 and C 07
  • TIN Certificate
  • Company profile (attach evidence of similar past services rendered) all not more than 10 pages
  • Sample picture of vehicle quoted for.

NOTE:

  1. The financial bids must be in NGN.
  2. Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Heartland Alliance Ltd/Gte will deduct 5% withholding tax (WHT) from the total contractual sum.
  3. Also note that Heartland Alliance Ltd/Gte – is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and is VAT exempted.
  4. Heartland Alliance Ltd/Gte reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it fails to meet the criteria or submitted after the stipulated closing date.
  5. Only successful bidders shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Local Purchase Order (Contract document) with Heartland Alliance Ltd/Gte.

Note that any submission made after the stipulated closing date and time will not be considered.
