RE: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND WORKS AS WELL AS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR SERVICES FOR 2025 CAPITAL AND ZONAL INTERVENTION PROJECTS (ADDENDUM)
1.0 INTRODUCTION
THE Centre for Management Development (CMD) was established as the operational arm of Nigerian Council for Management Development (NCMD). It is a foremost public sector management development institute under the Federal Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning. The Centre intends to undertake the procurement of the under listed goods, works and services. Accordingly, interested reputable firms are hereby invited to submit bids for the supplies of goods, works and services as provided under the 2025 Capital Appropriation Budget/Zonal Intervention.
2. Interested bidders should note as follows:
a. Lot C3 TO C13 has been changed to:

b. Lot C13B has been added in category C (CONSTRUCTION OF CENTRE FOR MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT –INTERNAL ROAD A NORTH WEST NIGERIA)
c. Lot C13C has been added in category C (CONSTRUCTION OF CENTRE FOR MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT –INTERNAL ROAD B NORTH WEST NIGERIA)
d. LOT C30B HAS BEEN ADDED IN CATEGORY C (CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT IN BENISHEIKH, MONGONO, NGANZAI BORNO NORTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT BORNO STATE)
e. LOT C27 has been changed to RENEWABLE EFFICIENCY TO AGRICULTURAL COMMUNITIES TO BOOST AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIONS in 5 different locations in borno state
f. LOT C28 has been changed to RENEWABLE EFFICIENCY TO AGRICULTURAL COMMUNITIES TO BOOST AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIONS in 5 different locations in borno state
3. Consequently, the deadline for submission of bids has been extended to 12:00 noon, Monday, 9th June, 2025.
4. Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 9th June, 2025.
5. All other information in the original advertisement remains same.
6. Any inconveniences as a result of the changes are highly regretted.
