The purpose of this tender is to solicit competitive bidders to bid for:

  • Lot 1: Supply of Materials for Operation and Maintenance of Boreholes
  • Lot 2: Supply of Construction Material for Rehabilitation of Sanitation Facilities Latrines
  • Lot 3: Supply of Chlorination Kits

  • Vendors to be considered will be those that comply with Government and SGDI regulations. Sahei gender development initiative (SGDI) will only engage with Vendors who meet these regulations. Such as Tax clearance for the previous year, and are not involved in Fraud and/or terrorism

Method of Application
Interested and qualified Vendors should submit their Bids via procurement@sahei.info or saheiprocurementngo@gmail.com using the Titles as the subject of the email

OR

Bids can be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked with lot description at our Office located at No. 53 Medala Plaza Maiduguri, Borno State.

NOTE

  • All documents must be filed, signed and stamped
  • Company Profile
  • Quotation must be Company Letterhead alongside SGDI RFQ
  • All bids must be sealed in an envelope and marked with instructions. Lot details and description.
  • Note that successful bidders who submitted their bid via the online application must present a hard copy of the submission before completing the award process.
  • A means of identification (ID, such as NIN, Driver’s license etc) of any member of the company should be part of the sealed envelope
  • Bids will be evaluated on the following criteria, including but not limited to price, quality, and delivery time.
  • Company must show evidence of previous experience in delivering such work in terms of nature and/or size of work.
