REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR CMR ALPHA ELECTRICAL ROOM UPGRADE

Dear All,

The U.S. Embassy in Abuja has a requirement for a contractor to reposition electrical equipment at CMR Alpha, as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). We have scheduled a site visit with details below to provide more details about the requirement to interested offerors:

Date: Friday August 22, 2025

Time: 10:00 a.m.

Location: No. 4 Cuito Street, Maitama, Abuja.

To confirm your participation in the site visit and ensure access to the compound:

  • Submit the name(s) of your representative(s) (maximum of two) by email to Abujaprocurement@state.gov, latest Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
  • Representatives must present a valid government-issued ID and arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.

Following the site visit, interested vendors are requested to submit a comprehensive proposal, adhering to the guidelines below:

  1. Proposal Structure: All proposals must include two parts – Technical and Financial Proposal.
    1. Technical Proposal: this must include
      1. Methodology for fulfilling the requirement
      2. Performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings
      3. History of past performance with valid contact information for past and current customers from the last three years.
      4. Completed NDAA and DEI certification (Required under EO 14173, January 2025)
    2. Financial Proposal
  2. Proposals must be submitted by email to AbujaProcurement@state.gov, with the following subject line “Re: RFQ | PR15548832 – CMR Alpha Electrical Room Upgrade”.
  3. The deadline for offer submission is August 27, 2025.
  4. Contractors must complete and submit a signed copy of the attached NDAA and DEI certification alongside proposals. Offerors who do not provide this certification will not be eligible for award.

Please note:

  • The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
  • The Embassy will not contact unsuccessful offerors.
  • Oral quotations will not be accepted.
  • Payment term is NET 30
