Provide a performance schedule and full product documentation (specifications, datasheets, drawings, and pictures, where applicable).
Submit proof of active registration in SAM.gov, a valid Unique Entity ID (UEI), and evidence of compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
Clearly state delivery terms, including estimated delivery time, and identify any items that are backordered.
If proposing alternatives, mark them clearly and prominently in your submission.
Complete and include the attached NDAA-DEI Representation Form, unless this representation is already available on SAM.gov.

All quotations must be submitted no later than September 2, 2025.
