REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR SKIT FOCUSED FILM MASTERCLASS

The U. S. Embassy in Abuja is seeking a vendor to provide a specialized training and masterclass program focused on Skit Film production. Kindly submit the quotation based on the attached Statement of Works (SOW).
Payment Terms: Net 30.
Evaluation Criteria:
The evaluation of this requirement will consider price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
Proposal Requirements:
To ensure your proposal is valid, please note the following:
- Email all responses to this solicitation to AbujaProcurement@state.gov including the solicitation number (PR15596289) in the subject line.
- Contractors must provide proof of active registration in Sam.gov, a Unique Entity ID (UEI) code, and evidence of compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
- Contractors must complete and return a signed certification of compliance with applicable U.S. Federal Anti-Discrimination Laws. (Form attached).
Submission Deadline:
- The deadline for submission offer is September 23, 2025.
