The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), invites sealed bids from suitably qualified and experienced vendors FOR THE SUPPLY OF NON-FOOD ITEMS (NFI’S):
Lot 1: WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene)
Items related to water access, purification, and hygiene.
- AQUATABS (Chlorine tablets)
- Buckets
- Jerry Cans
Lot 2: Shelter
Items used for building or repairing temporary shelters.
- Shelter Tool Kits
- Tarpaulin
- Family Tent
Lot 3: Household Items
Essential household items for comfort and basic living.
- Mosquito Net
- Sleeping Mat
- Blanket
- Kitchen Set
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) containing Instructions to bidders, Supplier Registration Form, Technical Specifications and IFRC Terms & Conditions can be requested by writing an email to: procurement.abujadelegation@ifrc.org and admin.abuja@ifrc.org as per the schedule below:

Please note that the offers MUST be submitted on or before the above deadline in HARD COPIES to IFRC Abuja Office at Plot 589 TOS Benson Crescent, Utako, FCT Abuja, Nigeria or ELECTRONIC COPIES sent to the email: bids.abuja@ifrc.org along with compulsory sample submission.
Both Technical and Financial offers, complete in all respects, in separate sealed envelopes, should be received at the above address or email during office hours from 8:00hrs to 16:00hrs till 6th November 2025.
IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid. “Failure to comply with the instructions laid out in this advert and the RFQ may result in disqualification.”
