INVITATION TO BID (ITB) TENDER FOR REHABILITATION OF VIEWING CENTRE IN DAMATURU LOCAL GOVERNMENT, YOBE STATE, NIGERIA
Grassroots Initiative for Strengthening Community Resilience (GISCOR) is a national humanitarian and development organization that is non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political. GISCOR is actively present in North-Eastern and North-Western Nigeria, working to strengthen the resilience of populations affected by conflict and natural disasters.
The purpose of this tender process is to lead to the signing of a construction agreement for the rehabilitation of a Viewing Centre in Damaturu Local Government Area, Yobe State, with the most responsive and qualified bidder.
Rehabilitation works may include civil works, solar installation, and finishing, as detailed in the Bills of Quantities and technical drawings provided in the annexes.
Commencement and Completion of Work
a) The Tenderer shall commence work within five (5) days of signing the contract and site handover.
b) GISCOR shall hand over the site within 24 hours of contract signing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
c) The rehabilitation works shall be completed within Four (4) weeks from the date of site handover. Any request for extension must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the cause of delay.
