1. INTRODUCTION The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) intends to use part of its 2021 budgetary allocation on the procurement of goods and services to the Fund. The Fund in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007, issues this General Procurement Notice to inform eligible and interested Contractors, Vendors, Service Providers and the General Public that it would undertake procurement in the following arcas:

A. GOODS i. Computer Equipment ii. Office Equipment iii. Office Stationeries Computer Consumables iv. Furniture and Fittings v. Printing Works vi Multimedia Equipment vii. Library Books, Equipment and E-Library

B. SERVICES i. Financial Monitoring ii. Projects Programmes Monitoring iii. ICT Matters, Software Development Upgrade iv. Valuers and Auctioneers v. Legal Services vi. Facility Management Services vii. Insurance viii. Capacity Building and Training ix. Media and PR Services

WORKS i. Head office Improvement

2. Eligible and interested bidders are advised to look out for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the various Works, Goods and Services mentioned above in the Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies, TETFund Website ( www.tetfund.gov.ng ) and TETFund Notice Board depending on the threshold of each project.

3. Please note that: i. The GPN is NOT an invitation to tender. ii. Within the year 2021 and from time-to-time Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for these procurements will be advertised on the Fund's Notice Board, Website and National Dailies as well as Federal Tenders Journal. iii. Interested and eligible bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process are advised to be on the lookout for our subsequent advertisements iv. All documents on responsive criteria such as compliance with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate, Current Pencom Certificate, Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance, and Evidence of Registration with relevant Professional Regulatory Bodies, BPPInterim Registration Report (IRR) v. The Fund also reserves the right to invokes section 38 of the Public Procurement Act 2007, without incurring any liability to the bidder
