INVITATION TO TENDER (ADDENDUM)
PROVISION OF VARIOUS HOSPITAL GRADE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, CLEANING SUPPLIES AND MEDICAL DRUGS FOR MAIDUGURI
Please be informed that IOM is extending the bid submission date to Friday 24th July at 10AM due to the ambiguity of unit measurement and quantity of section C of Annex A that we initially shared/published.
We have replaced Annex A with the revised version. The changes are as follow:
– Quantities for Section C (Medical Drugs) are corrected.
– Medical Equipment number 27 of Section A: Laryngoscopes is for disposable blades and reusable Blades.
Should you wish to revise your quotation and resubmit it again, please kindly resend your bid by adding subject “REVISED” and IOM will only consider the revised bid.
